How Do You Submit Passport Form Online?

There is a simple way to submit Passport Form online. You need to register through the Passport Seva Online portal. You need to click on Register Now link on the home page.

You need to login to the Passport Seva Online Portal with the registered login in id.

You have to click on the button Apply for Fresh Passport

Fill in the required details in the Passport Form and submit.

Click the Pay and Schedule Appointment link on the view saved or submitted applications screen schedule an appointment.

Online payment has made appointments compulsory. These are booked at all Passport offices.
